Customers have 30 days from the day received their items to request a replacement, refund or return.

  1. Go to local post office, or another courier, to ship the package to this address: 2683 Ranger Dr, North Charleston, SC 29405 and please provide us the tracking number from post office or couriers
  2. We will send you a notification email about refund when we get the item

3. Request exchange item

We offer exchange 1 size smaller or bigger than the original size in the order size.
